There was a child orphan living with his brother and his wife. But his brother’s wife was an evil mistress who always used to beat her husband’s son and make him carry heavy water from the well to the house, and she never gave him food.
The brother of the orphan was weak and afraid of his wife. One day, the brother’s wife decided to get rid of the orphan because he no longer stayed at the house, and she ordered her husband to take him to a remote distant island and leave him there. When the brother refused, his wife threatened that she would kick both of them out of the house.
The brother was forced to agree. The next day, he told the orphan that he would go to the island to collect firewood, and asked him to come with him and carry his special bag so that he would carry them on the way. When the two brothers descended on the island, the older brother told his younger brother that he had forgotten to bring food from the house and that he must return to bring it, then he left and left him alone.
The orphan remained troubled and sad all night, crying because his brother had left him. But the image of his mother appeared to him and asked him to be patient with himself. The orphan went out and began to cry beautifully. He was at the beautiful sea of the island, at a large palace for one of the sea kings living with his wife and their daughter, the princess. The princess heard the orphan’s crying and was very amazed by him and came out from her parents to go to the island to hear the crying. But the king refused strongly for fear of his daughter.
The princess insisted on going to hear the crying. When her parents refused, she went on hunger strike and became sick. The nurse told the king that she could go to bring the crying from the island. She would be healed. The nurse went down, found the orphan, and asked him to descend with her to the sea to heal the sick princess. But the orphan told the nurse that he could not descend to the sea, or else he would die. However, the nurse told him that she would give him the ability to live under water.
The orphan descended to the sea palace quickly, and when he healed the princess, she recovered from her illness. The king thanked him greatly and when he heard his story, he asked him to live with them and serve the princess. The orphan agreed, and the princess, the orphan, and they lived together happily in the palace of the sea kings.
But the orphan missed seeing his brother, so he asked his wife to let him go to remember his brother. The princess told her husband that she wanted to go fishing since a long time ago, but the king’s father had always refused because she was small. But now that she had grown up and become the king’s wife, she was able to go fishing.
The princess prepared the orphan and went to her brother’s house. But when he arrived there, he found a huge monster surrounding his brother and his wife, wanting to kill them. So the brother asked the orphan for help. The orphan said to the monster: “For your sake, I will leave my brother, but I want the monster to leave them.” So the monster said to him: “I will leave them, but on condition.” So the orphan asked him what the condition was. The monster said that he should heal them a little from the pain he had caused them.
The orphan agreed and immediately began the healing. The monster’s heart melted from the beautiful healing, and left the orphan’s brother and his wife and left. The brother and his wife apologized to him for what they had done with him. So the orphan accepted their apology because they had raised him when he was small. He asked them to come and live with him and his wife in the palace of the sea kings.
