Abu Saeed the generous heard from the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, that he had seen one of the people that he had killed a soul and oppressed himself and he runs to the people, in an attempt from him to repentance and return to God. And during his search for his repentance with the acceptance of the people of the earth, with the command of the Lord of Glory and His Messenger, if one of them would happen to him, he would describe to him a sign from a great distance.
So the man went to the great distance and told him about his killing and oppression of himself, and said to him do you accept his repentance? So the great distance answered him no, so the man killed him until the number became complete, a soul was oppressed.
The man set out searching for his repentance with the acceptance of the people of the earth, to repentance with the command of God the Most High to accept his repentance from the people of the earth, so he met a man who knew, and he saw that he had killed a soul, and said to him does he have repentance? So the man answered him yes, and he requested from him to go to another earth in which the people worship God, and to leave that earth full of corruption and evil, and when he reaches the new earth, he starts to worship from the first day, and he requests from him not to return to his earth ever.
The man set out to a new earth, but when he reached the middle of the two earths, the soil that falls from them ceased, and the soul of the great distance and the soul of the man were destroyed, some of them praising this man who had set out for the repentance, and when he had become, he was in the middle of the way, and he turned to the earth of the repentance quickly with his heart to God.
In that moment the two souls reconciled with each other, and they said to him we have oppressed a soul, and we have not done any good in his life, here there came a king in a human form, and made them between them, and he told them to depart the good soul between the two earths and the evil soul that runs away will be for him.
So the good soul departed, and they found the man had turned to the earth of the repentance, here the great distance accepted him, and in a picture that the distance saw, for when the repentance came to the man, he had turned with a picture to the earth of the repentance, so the great distance accepted him, and the soul of the man departed, and the man remained. So God the Most High saw that the man had departed from the earth of the corruption and turned with his repentance, so he commanded the soul to depart the good soul between the two earths, and they found that the earth of the repentance is the distance that he was going to quickly to it, and God accepted him with a beautiful grace, so whoever sees it is not with a doubt, and he returns to Him with happiness and severity, and he is with harshness, that God knows what is by Himself, until before the person departs.
The Benefit from the Story: We hear from this story that God’s mercy has reached everything, and this man who did not do any good, safe his life when he accepted with his heart to God and resolved on the repentance and had the intention for it, and reached that the path of the guidance is the way to God.
God the Most High warned him with His warning, good of the knowledge before he meets him, and that is after the person of the great distance becomes, until his path of the repentance is blocked except that the man does not turn from the mercy of God with him, so the last one from the people of knowledge set out, and the man was walking with himself, in the obedience to God, with the two souls, the sincere ones that go with him, and in their fear, to the house of God and the repentance to Him, and the good work that he does in the end.
And he received Him in the sincere repentance, so God blessed him with a great mercy from the distance and the forgiveness, so it was not accepted his face, only after he had departed from the earth that he had sought the repentance to God in it, so he looked at his picture as the earth of the repentance that he had set out quickly to it, and God accepted him with a pure mercy, so if you see it for anyone, there is no doubt with him, and he returns to Him with health and elevation, and he goes with harshness, that God knows what is by Himself, until before the person departs.
