Once upon a time in ancient days, there was a very naughty ant who never listened. There was a beautiful queen who had taken the ant to live with her in her large, wonderful kingdom. But the ant wouldn’t listen to the queen’s instructions and often disobeyed her orders. One day, the queen asked the naughty ant to return to the kingdom early and not delay in coming back.
But the naughty ant didn’t listen to the queen’s words and didn’t care about her orders or what she requested. She began wandering around, playing, and frolicking here and there, happy and very joyful about it. Time passed by and she wasn’t concerned about anything. She kept being stubborn and obstinate like this until evening came and darkness fell everywhere around the ant.
The ant was very late. Besides the dark weather, the weather deteriorated significantly in moments. A strong, terrifying storm began, and the ant couldn’t return to the kingdom again as the road and weather conditions hindered her greatly. When the ant was delayed, the queen immediately summoned all the ants in the kingdom to enter their chambers and take shelter with her from the harsh weather and severe storm.
The queen ordered her guard to immediately close all the main and primary gates of the kingdom and seal them tightly, telling everyone to go to sleep and get warm. After a long time, the naughty ant managed to return to the kingdom very late. She found all the gates closed and began calling and knocking at the doors, but to no avail, alone in that harsh weather and biting cold.
After a while, the ant began shouting and calling the guard at the top of her voice. The guard heard the ant’s shouting and immediately went out to see what the matter was. He found the ant had returned after being very late at a late hour of the night, but the guard refused to let the ant into the kingdom because the queen had warned her repeatedly about being late in returning, yet she never complied with orders and instructions.
The ant deeply regretted not listening from the beginning, and began feeling intense fear and biting cold. After a short time, rain started pouring down on her from every side. She felt exhaustion and severe fatigue. All this was happening while the queen watched the naughty ant from the balcony of her private room, intentionally leaving the naughty ant for a while so she would learn a lesson she would never forget and learn to listen to others afterwards.
Suddenly, while the queen was looking from the balcony of her room at the naughty ant, she noticed the ant had quickly stuck to the kingdom gate from the extreme cold and her severe exhaustion. The queen was distressed about her and saddened by the condition that had befallen her. Immediately, the queen ordered the kingdom guard from afar to open the door for the ant and let her in quickly. The naughty ant immediately entered the kingdom, very tired and extremely exhausted, unable to speak easily.
The naughty ant composed herself and apologized profusely to the queen, regretted her action, and promised the queen she wouldn’t do it again and would listen to others because they cared about her well-being.
