In one of the countries overlooking the river, there was a beautiful farm with a spacious house where a gluttonous woman lived, who loved food very much, especially chicken eggs. She would go out every day from the house to the farm where she raised chickens to get delicious eggs, and she would thank the chickens for these eggs.
The gluttonous woman would enjoy eating the chicken eggs and have them for breakfast. One morning, the gluttonous woman went out to collect eggs from the farm. The gluttonous woman collected the eggs as usual, and the woman would enjoy eating the eggs in different ways every morning, sometimes fried and sometimes boiled.
The gluttonous woman felt unsatisfied with the amount of eggs, as they weren’t enough for her. She kept thinking: What if I had a lot of eggs every morning? The gluttonous woman imagined her thoughts, thinking of various dishes she would make if she had many eggs she collected every morning, like different types of cakes, different types of pastries, and delicious foods.
An idea to increase egg production: The woman went to the farm thinking of a way to increase the number of eggs the chickens laid in her farm. She said to herself: I will double the amount of wheat grains I give the chickens as food, and the chickens will get more food, which will make them lay more eggs.
The gluttonous woman imagined that she had given the chickens in the farm a larger amount of wheat, and imagined that the chickens would lay an egg with every step they took, and the farm filled with eggs, and she imagined she was holding a large basket collecting large quantities of eggs the chickens laid after eating large amounts of wheat.
The gluttonous woman stood up and said: Yes, it’s good for me to give them larger amounts of wheat for their food every day until I can achieve my dream by laying more eggs, which will enable me to eat the delicious cooked dishes made from eggs.
Searching for the eggs: Early next morning, the gluttonous woman came carrying large amounts of wheat and put them in the chicken farm, and returned home waiting for the evening. On the morning of the next day, the gluttonous woman woke up, eager to go to the chicken farm to collect her share of eggs.
But the surprise: the chickens didn’t lay more eggs as the gluttonous woman thought. She kept searching in the chickens’ hiding places for the extra eggs, but didn’t find any. She asked the chickens: Where did you lay the eggs? She kept searching for it in every corner of the farm, but didn’t find the extra eggs.
The gluttonous woman thought that the chickens wanted more and more wheat, so she brought large vessels containing a lot of wheat, quantities far exceeding what she had put the previous day, and left the chickens eating wheat and enjoying the abundant amounts, and returned home waiting for the morning.
The gluttonous chickens: The next day she looked in the farm, and didn’t find the extra eggs either. On the contrary, the vessels she had put with a lot of wheat the previous day were left. So the gluttonous woman caught the chickens one by one, to feed them more wheat forcibly, until they would lay more eggs. She left the chickens for the next day until she waited for the result.
On the morning of the next day, she looked at the chickens. Their weight had increased a lot, but there was no extra eggs either. On the contrary, egg production started decreasing, and the gluttonous woman kept increasing feeding the chickens with wheat until they became fat and lazy. The chickens couldn’t move and couldn’t lay eggs. They reached a poor health condition and became completely unable to move. The chickens would look at the birds in the sky and feel sad about their condition, and wished to return to their health and activity before.
Moral of the story: To teach the child about the danger of obesity, overeating, and what results from laziness and inactivity and multiple diseases.
