The duck’s escape and fear: When the duck got off the crocodile’s back, she began running quickly, very fast, while afraid, until she reached her hut and took shelter in it. She couldn’t believe herself that she had escaped from the crocodile. After the crocodile waited a long time and the duck didn’t return, he left to return to his wife.
The return of the foolish crocodile: The crocodile returned to his wife and said to her: There was a big, fat duck on my back, but when she heard I was looking for a duck for you to devour and try land meat, she said to me: I have small fat ducks, go back a second time to bring you one of them. I waited for her a very long time but she didn’t return.
