Once upon a time, oh fortunate one, in ancient times, there was a large, enormous whale. That whale would eat all the creatures it encountered or saw in its path. Even if the whale wasn’t hungry, it would eat every animal it found. Whether the marine animals were large or small, it wouldn’t leave them without eating them, without mercy or pity.
Because of that whale’s behavior and evil actions, it was hated throughout the entire sea and by all the animals in it. Everyone wished for it to die so they could be rid of its evil and bad actions. One day, there was a fish known for intelligence and shrewdness. She came once and approached the whale until she reached beside the whale’s giant ear.
The fish whispered in the whale’s ear and said to him, “Oh giant whale, I have a clever idea for you. Why don’t you try eating one of the humans? Humans can have a wonderful, distinctive taste unlike any fish or all marine animals.” The whale answered her, saying, “How can I do that, oh clever fish?” The clever fish replied to him, “There is a boat near here. You can eat it and everything in it and all the humans it contains.”
The clever fish said this with full awareness and prior knowledge that humans are among the creatures characterized by high intelligence, as God has endowed them with a mature mind to think, and naturally they would get rid of the whale and could even kill him. Indeed, the whale headed toward the wooden boat and immediately ate it, even eating the fisherman who was on the boat. The whale swallowed him.
When the giant whale swallowed the fisherman, the fisherman began performing actions that would bother the whale, all while inside its stomach, so the whale would expel him. The fisherman understood to strike the whale in its stomach, but the whale didn’t expel him.
So the fisherman lit pieces of wood he found in the whale’s stomach. The fish came to the whale and whispered in its ear, saying, “You must expel the fisherman from your stomach so he stops what he’s doing to you.” The whale understood it should expel the fisherman from its stomach, but the fisherman signaled to it to expel him at the shore.
When the whale went to the shore, the fisherman signaled to the people around the shore. They gathered around him and killed him, thus eliminating the evil whale.
