In a small forest in India, there was a small boy named Mowgli. He lived with a group of wolves, where the mother wolf found him alone in the forest. She took him and raised him with her cubs, showing him much care and affection. She feared for him and always warned him to stay away from the pack so he wouldn’t harm himself. Mowgli used to play with all the animals in the forest, for he loved everyone and everyone loved him. So his friendships with animals multiplied, such as the bear Baloo, Bagheera the panther, the monkey, and many other friends.
